Once your order is ready we will prepare it for shipping. The production might take from 3-21 days. Every product is produced on demand, so please check carefully your size and consider visiting our Showroom or contact our staff if you have questions regarding the products you would like to purchase. We will charge 20% in case you would like to return the products. So, please consider this before placing an order. We have a low stock policy and we try to produce as sustainable as possible. When you will receive your order, please inspect upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We hope you enjoy your findings. We encourage you to visit our Showroom to try the products and confirm your choices.

All products are manufactured on a made-to-order basis.

Orders may be cancelled prior to production confirmation. Once an order has been confirmed for production, cancellations are accepted at our discretion and, if approved, refunds will be issued for the net amount received by STYLAND, excluding any non-refundable third-party payment processing, transaction, or currency conversion fees retained by the payment provider.

STYLAND does not retain any portion of such fees.

In the event that an order cannot be fulfilled due to an error, delay, or inability on the part of STYLAND, a full refund will be issued, including any applicable transaction fees.

By placing an order, the client acknowledges and accepts that payment processing fees applied by third-party providers are non-refundable in the case of client-initiated cancellations.
